Greg Lovette

Chief Executive Officer

Greg Lovette, founder and Chief Executive, has a lifetime of experience in the technology industry. As the CEO and founder of RadixBay, Greg leads the execution of the business and focuses his and the company’s efforts on its strategic goals.

Greg demonstrates exceptional ability to conceive and execute a vision, as well as to motivate others to work for it. He has proven achievement in evaluating value in technology trends along products and services and identifying new markets. Prior to founding RadixBay,

Greg founded and developed Baytree Associates, which was acquired by Sierra Atlantic. He also had successful stints at Allied-Signal, Bank of America, and Price Waterhouse. Greg has a B.A. degree in Computer Sciences, option in Accounting/Business, from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Greg grew up in Columbus County, NC.  Marvin, NC is now home to Greg, his wife Christy, and their two daughters.

Hal Hawisher

Chief Customer Officer

Hal Hawisher is responsible for Consulting & Managed Services Operations, Sales, Marketing and Strategic Alliances. Hal has spent his career in the enterprise software and IT consulting industry. Prior to RadixBay, Hal served clients while working at Workday, NouvEON/Pactera, Oracle and Baytree Associates.

As the COO of Baytree Associates, Hal’s area of responsibilities covered Consulting & Managed Service operations, Sales & Marketing, as well as Strategic Alliances. Having a similar role at NouvEON/Pactera, Hal assisted both organizations with strategic and sustained growth.

Throughout Hal’s career, he has demonstrated exceptional ability to lead organizations toward common goals and objectives. Hal is a graduate of Clemson University. In addition, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster, and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (Motorola University).

Hal and his wife, Angie, have two children and live in Charlotte.
