RadixBay is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst specializing in Sales Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities, coupled with a deep understanding of sales processes, revenue operations, and user adoption strategies. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful adoption of Salesforce Sales Cloud within our organization and optimizing revenue operations processes. The ideal candidate will have experience facing clients and be comfortable with limited traveling to client sites, approximately 5% within the US. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are currently unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa.

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation: Support the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, including customizations, workflows, and integrations to align with business requirements.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and finance, to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Best Practices and Optimization: Drive best practices for Salesforce Sales Cloud usage, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of the platform to support sales processes and revenue operations.
  • User Adoption Strategies: Develop and implement user adoption strategies to increase Salesforce adoption rates among sales teams and other relevant stakeholders. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize utilization and productivity.
  • Data Management and Quality: Oversee data management processes within Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics within Salesforce Sales Cloud to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Create comprehensive project documentation, including functional specifications, process diagrams, test plans, and user guides. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce by sales teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to drive business value.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, and senior management, to drive alignment and support business objectives. Communicate project status, issues, and risks in a clear and timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Business Analyst are preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a focus on Sales Cloud implementation and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, revenue operations, and CRM best practices.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Experience with data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
