Greg Lovette, founder and Chief Executive, has a lifetime of experience in the technology industry. As the CEO and founder of RadixBay, Greg leads the execution of the business and focuses his and the company’s efforts on its strategic goals.
After earning a degree in computer science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Lovette spent most of his career in Charlotte and later co‑founded Baytree Associates, a highly respected Oracle consultancy that grew into a premier regional firm. Following the sale of Baytree, he witnessed firsthand the limitations of the offshore‑only IT model and the loss of high‑touch service and domestic talent.
In response, Lovette founded RadixBay with a clear purpose: to challenge outdated IT practices, prioritize quality and relationships, and demonstrate that world‑class technology services can be delivered by skilled professionals right here at home. RadixBay operates an onshore delivery center in his hometown of Tabor City with the goal of creating careers in technology locally. His work reflects a deep belief in people, place, and the power of opportunity.
Greg resides in Marvin, North Carolina, with his wife, Christy, and their two daughters.
