Does this work with my HaloITSM instance?
Yes. HaloITSM Advanced Search works with both cloud-hosted and on-premise HaloITSM deployments. The extension detects HaloITSM interfaces automatically.
Is this an official HaloITSM product?
No. HaloITSM Advanced Search is an unofficial community tool created by RadixBay’s certified HaloITSM practitioners. It enhances the knowledge base experience for administrator and implementers and works seamlessly with HaloITSM’s existing functionality.
Is my search history and data private?
Absolutely. All data (search history, pins, favorites) is stored locally in your browser. Nothing is transmitted to RadixBay or any external servers.
Can I use this on multiple computers?
The extension installs per-browser. If you use Chrome on multiple computers, you’ll need to install it on each one. Your saved articles are stored per-browser and don’t sync automatically. You can export/import your collections to transfer them.
