Miriam Vidal Meulmeester is a senior technology and delivery leader with more than twenty years of experience guiding complex enterprise initiatives. Her background is rooted in Salesforce and has expanded over time to include a broader range of SaaS and cloud platforms used in regulated, high‑stakes environments.
Miriam serves as Vice President of Customer Success and Delivery at RadixBay, where she leads Salesforce, cloud, and emerging technology initiatives. She previously led the Salesforce practice, helping organizations establish strong platform foundations and extend solutions across adjacent SaaS systems and broader enterprise ecosystems. Her leadership approach emphasizes operating as one team, maintaining shared ownership of outcomes, and delivering results that endure beyond launch.
Before joining RadixBay, Miriam held senior leadership roles at Capgemini, Oracle, Cognizant, and Veeva Systems. She has guided large‑scale Salesforce and SaaS programs supporting thousands of users, particularly in life sciences and other regulated industries. Her experience spans global program leadership, governance, operational accountability, and long‑term platform sustainability.
At RadixBay, Miriam champions the Rural Shore delivery model as a structural advantage that enables continuity, stable teams, and preserved institutional knowledge. She advocates for solutions that fit within client operating models and support long‑term ownership, not short‑term delivery wins.
Miriam is a graduate of The Cooper Union, where the belief that education should be free as air we breathe shaped her commitment to access, learning, and opportunity. She is also an INROADS alumna, influenced by Father Caryl Carr’s vision to prepare college youth for corporate and community leadership.
