STEP 1Install

Download the installer, double-click, follow the wizard. Java check is automatic. Done in under 60 seconds. Or run the portable version from a USB drive; no installation needed.

STEP 2Open Your Data

Import a local XML file or connect to your BillingPlatform environment and pick any invoice. Your data loads directly into the editor; ready to design with immediately.

STEP 3Design

Straight answers

Can I use my own XSLT templates?

Yes. Open any XSLT 1.0 / 2.0 / 3.0 file via File → Open XSLT. The app works with any standard template, not just invoice formats.

Do I need to know XSLT?

No. The Customize menu covers the most common changes — fonts, colors, logos, labels — with guided dialogs. Knowing XSLT unlocks full control, but it is not required to get started.

Does it run air-gapped / offline?

Yes. Import XML locally and run fully offline. Billing platform connection is entirely optional and never required for the core workflow.

What happens if Java isn't installed?

The installer detects it automatically and warns you. You can still complete installation and add Java separately at any time.

What platforms does it run on?

Windows — macOS, and Linux processing is on the roadmap stay tuned.

Where can I download Java?

ITA requires Java to run. Download the latest JDK from Java Downloads | Oracle.

Do I need to be a BillingPlatform administrator to use ITA?

You need credentials with access to your BillingPlatform invoice templates. Most implementation consultants and billing administrators have the required access level.

Can I use ITA without a BillingPlatform connection?

Yes. ITA’s offline XML import mode lets you design and test templates using any XML invoice file without a BillingPlatform connection. Connect to BillingPlatform when you’re ready to work with live data.

Is ITA an official BillingPlatform product?

No. ITA is a productivity tool developed by RBLabs, RadixBay’s innovation center. RadixBay is a certified BillingPlatform partner. ITA is designed to complement BillingPlatform’s native capabilities and works within its XSLT template framework.
