2022 Year In Review

Back in December 2021, I was looking at my business plan for RadixBay’s Salesforce practice. I was wondering what business uncertainties and challenges were in store for 2022.

So how was 2022? It was PHENOMENAL.

Our customers turned to the RadixBay Salesforce team to help them deliver business outcomes for customer outreach and revenue generation. Our customers asked for help because they trusted us and viewed us as an extension of the team. We helped them to address their changing staffing needs, close product knowledge gaps, and maintain support continuity.

RadixBay expanded its support beyond Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds. We helped our customers with Revenue Cloud (CPQ) and Experience Cloud. Our customers are laser-focused on having a 360-degree view of their consumers so that they can gain new business insights. This focus also drove increased interest in Tableau. 2022 was an exciting year of learning and delivering for the RadixBay team.

Now the plans for 2023 are in action…so what is ahead for us?

2023 Forecast

Salesforce customers are expanding beyond their investments in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. We see continued interest in Revenue Cloud as customers are looking to replace legacy CPQ and Billing systems. Omnichannel remains a key strategy as companies want to engage their customers where and when they choose.

Mature Salesforce customers are reducing technical debt, and many are shifting workflows and existing process builders to Flows. This is allowing them to gain an opportunity to streamline their automations and remove processes that are not value-enabling. Others are retiring some of their customizations and replacing them with a declarative approach. The reason…they want to accelerate their speed of introducing innovation to their customers, partners, and employees.

This reflection of 2022 is in the end an open letter of gratitude and appreciation to the RadixBay Salesforce practice team who deliver innovations and creative ideas every day. They are the spirit of RadixBay and inspire me daily. They are my heroes.

As I look back at 2022, I would like to thank our customers for trusting us and making us part of your team. I can’t wait to see the amazing things that we will do in 2023.
