BillingPlatform and Salesforce Implementation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified BillingPlatform and Salesforce Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in BillingPlatform implementation and a deep understanding of the billing process from ingestion via the usage collector to invoice generation and credit processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can drive solution design and ensure seamless integration and functionality of the BillingPlatform. Familiarity with the lead-to-cash process is essential. Salesforce experience is highly desirable.

 Employment Type: Contract to Hire/Full Time

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of BillingPlatform and Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into effective BillingPlatform and Salesforce solutions.
• Design, configure, test and demo BillingPlatform to support billing processes, including usage ingestion, invoice generation, and credit processing.
• Maintain an understanding of third-party systems and cloud integration tools and methods.
• Provide expert guidance on BillingPlatform capabilities and features and recommend enhancements to optimize billing operations.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of BillingPlatform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BillingPlatform implementation and integration with Salesforce.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of billing processes, configurations, and integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest BillingPlatform and Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.
• Understand and support the lead-to-cash process in Salesforce Sales Cloud, ensuring seamless integration from lead generation to revenue recognition.
• Train and mentor junior consultants on Salesforce and BillingPlatform functionalities and best practices.

 Qualifications:

• Certified BillingPlatform Implementation Specialist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in BillingPlatform and Salesforce implementation.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, including usage collection, invoicing, and credit processing.
• Proven experience in solution design and configuration of BillingPlatform.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, developing strong relationships.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, or Salesforce Certified Administrator are highly desirable.
• Experience with Salesforce integration is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the lead-to-cash process.
• Prefer bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

 Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other billing systems and platforms.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its integration with BillingPlatform.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
