We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with specialized expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on optimizing field service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Field Service Lightning Implementation:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Field Service Lightning solutions, including customization, configuration, and integration with other Salesforce modules.
  • Participate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to field service operations.
  • Monitor and optimize performance. Implement best practices for scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.
  1. Salesforce Development:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and other declarative configurations.
  • Create and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other custom Salesforce developments.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all integration solutions, APIs, and processes.
  1. Integration and Data Management:
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operations.
  • Implement data migration and maintain data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
  1. Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to the development team on best practices, tools, and techniques fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  1. Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Identify and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field desired.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  3. Proven experience in implementing and customizing Field Service Lightning solutions.
  4. Salesforce Certifications:
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
    • Field Service Lightning Consultant certification is highly desirable.
  5. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  6. Good understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Waterfall.
  7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
